Appalachian Heritage Inspired
Reaching to our mountain orchard roots, we combine modern ingenuity with historic grafting and pressing methods. Along the way we tossed in some trial-and-error, and a dash of luck.
The result is a truly Appalachian heritage inspired, hard cider,
pressed in house.

We start with semi-dry cider, mix in applewood smoked apples, then age it in locally sourced whiskey barrels, creating a perfectly balanced blend that has full-bodied mouthfeel and combines apple-tannin flavor, smoky apples and whiskey aroma.

Moonshot has a full-bodied mouthfeel, rich with apple-tannin flavor. It is balanced between sweet and dry, and well carbonated.

We combine ripe blueberries, hand picked from a farm in Hidden Valley, VA to make this crowd favorite; a balanced semi-sweet cider with natural blueberry flavor.

Ridgerunner Dry is carefully blended from regionally-sourced apples and crafted to emphasize the tannic character of local cider apple varieties. Bone dry and well carbonated.

Hellbender Hopped - Pressed from Appalachian apples and generously hopped by Kelly Ridge Farms. Hellbender Hopped takes semi-sweet to another level with aromatic and floral notes from the hops that hint towards citrus.

High Trestle - With this cider we blend tart cherry wine, made in-house, into a Winesap cider base to create this blend. This is cider up front with the slightest breath of tart cherry.

Springhouse is a classic semi sweet cider that highlights Virginia grown apples, presented with excellent aroma and tannic quality.

Whitetop Spruced Cider infuses our Moonshot Semi-Dry with hand-picked young spruce tips, making this herbal, slightly perfumed cider a surprise hit.
